Why SyncSolution exists
Small business owners tend to grab whatever technology they can find — QuickBooks, Mailchimp, WordPress, WooCommerce, Square — just to get operating.
The problem: most of these tools aren't connected, aren't being fully used, overlap with each other, or become a patchwork the owner can't maintain.
SyncSolution fills that gap — helping owners use what they already have to its full potential, remove what's unnecessary, and apply AI where it genuinely saves time.
About Patt
I'm Patt Sookmark. SyncSolution is me — not a team, not an agency.
I'm based in Denver / Aurora, Colorado, and I work remotely with clients anywhere in the US. On the side I volunteer as a small business mentor at RMMFI, which is where I spend a lot of my time with owner-operated businesses that are trying to figure out their tech without a budget for a CTO.
My day-to-day toolkit is hands-on: Python, Go, React/Next.js, n8n, Claude API, and the kinds of workflow-glue that makes small-business tools stop fighting each other. I've built custom MCP servers and AI workflows for real businesses — so when I recommend something, it's because I've actually run it.
That's the short version. The longer version is that I got tired of watching small business owners pay for five tools they didn't need while the two they did need weren't set up properly. So I started SyncSolution.
